The site was a row of 5 garage units. The project created 2no 1-bed semi-detached
town houses with off-street parking. The proposal took into consideration
the nature of the surround 1930’s residential properties, the building lines
and the single aspect of the site, without compromising on the quality of
design and space within the units.
