The proposal creates 2no. 6 storey, 3-bed town houses and in so doing stitches
back the original terrace, putting a disused interstice to beneficial use.
Our aim is to provide homes that offer reduced environmental impact, lower
running costs and features that enhance health and well-being. They have
been designed to achieve a minimum of Level 4 within The Code for Sustainable
Homes by using a considered whole building system approach.
