An existing two storey 3 bed terraced house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac,
was extended, refurbished and remodelled to create a modern luxury pied-a-terre.
The existing house was completely refurbished with new room layout, kitchen,
bathrooms, and bespoke staircase. The project increases the floor space
with a rear and mansard extension and opens up the ground floor, introducing
light to all areas with two large rooflights and full width sliding folding
doors to the rear.
