The building was a Victorian factory occupied by Marconi wireless company.
The conversion, redevelopment and extension of the building created 90,000sqm
of space, which comprised of 72 residential, live/work and B1 units in a
conservation area. The scheme included a new build residential block and
integrated double stack parking.
