We have a reputation for designing inspiring and efficient commercial, retail and mixed-use developments. We have worked with governments, local authorities, universities and leading property companies such as Soho Estates, Land Securities and Shaftesbury Carnaby, as well as residential developers and individuals who value high quality, imaginative and value added buildings.
Not just architects. We have a Construction Management arm and have developed a number of our own sites, making us acutely aware of reputation, budgetary and time constraint pressures that may face our clients. This experience has led us to take a dynamic approach to solve problems that might otherwise have resulted in a compromised build, additional costs, delay or planning issues. We aim to channel the ambition, vision and needs of our clients to deliver buildings that surpass expectations.
