2 & 3 The Square, Richmond

Having previously worked with the client on Craven House in Northumberland Avenue, DBLO Associates Architects was asked to work on the full upgrading and refurbishment of no.2 The Square, including the specification of all office fixtures and fittings, which was completed in 2021.

We were then asked to work on the complete remodelling and refurbishment of no.3 The Square. The building had been left empty for a number of years and had fallen into disrepair, including the façade stone and brickwork. The two buildings are now linked with a single stair and street level entrance, freeing up commercial retail space at ground floor level and maximising the lettable floor space above.
