DBLO were commissioned to produce a detailed masterplan and proposal design for a 200-hectare college village in Abuja. The scheme included lecturer and senior student residential units, academic facilities as well as commercial, sporting and medical facilities on site. The design proposals were as a result of our looking at defensible spaces, zonal relationships and space connections and environmental considerations that would integrate local content and delivery where appropriate.
