Remodelling and interior design of casting agency offices across two floors.
The first floor was designed to create three large, purpose-built casting studios, with an associated ‘Green-room’ for film and TV directors, an extensive waiting area and reception space. All elements of the space were designed by DBLO Associates Architects including the reception desk, furniture and internet access wall.
The third floor design reconfigured the existing cellular offices to an open plan space accommodating three different departments. A centralised print and graphics zone was also added to improve space efficiency and enhance work flow.
DBLO was called back to redesign a further floor into a ‘members club’ with features such as a bar and a multifunctional exhibition and performance space.
