DBLO Associates was invited to produce designs for a new build luxury residential tower development in Nigeria.
The building provides modern detailing and an exemplary choice of materials throughout the range of high-end apartments, from flats for single young professionals to opulent 7 bedroom units, each with its own generous balcony. And two penthouse apartments at roof level are accessible via their own lift. The entrances have been designed to provide independent and secure access to each part of the building, with 24-hour concierge and security to the residential reception. The lower floor levels offer luxury retail, cafes, restaurants, small business units, fitness, office and hotel opportunities, with secure underground car park.
The design takes Nigerian heritage as inspiration and translates it into contemporary, cutting-edge architecture.
