The proposal creates two 6-storey, 3-bed townhouses and in so doing stitches back the original terrace, putting a disused interstice to beneficial use. DBLO aim is to provide homes that offer reduced environmental impact, lower running costs and features that enhance health and well-being. They have been designed to achieve a minimum of level 4 within the code for sustainable homes by using a considered whole building system approach.
