Springfield House was a Victorian factory previously occupied by Marconi wireless company. Through the planning approval DBLO quadrupled the value of the site, which was being used as B1 units. The conversion, redevelopment and extension of the building created 90,000sqm of space, which comprised of 72 residential, live/work and B1 units in a conservation area. The scheme included a new build residential block and integrated double stack parking.
